Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you purchased but if something is wrong let us know.
- Customers are advised to take care of the garments purchased and ensure that it is not damaged whilst you inspect them or try them on.
- Products must be unused, unworn and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be intact in order to process return or exchange
- You may exchange a product you are unhappy with within 5 days of receipt. Our pieces are made to order, hence we don’t accept returns unless it was received defected.
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer for exchanges/returns.

- All Sales items are final sale.

Custom orders/measurements cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we offer alteration/amendments in the case where fit issues may arise.
Shipping costs to receive & return items for adjustment are borne by the customer.
