When will my order be delivered?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Custom dues are paid by the customer. For more information about shipping please refer to our shipping page 

My order hasn't arrived yet?

Please refer to our shipping page for detailed information about shipping times. If the time has elapsed and you haven't been contacted, please send an email to info@anyawu.com. We'll reply within 24hrs and do our best to sort out your order ASAP!

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?

You can exchange your order (custom orders exempt) within 5 days of receipt. Returns are only processed on defected goods. Please refer to our returns page for more information.

I’m in between sizes, which size should I buy?

You can select "custom size" when selecting the size under each product and send your measurement details to info@anyawu.com. Please refer to our size guide and/or individual product descriptions for guidance prior to making a purchase. 

I ordered a custom fit but it doesn't fit. What happens now?

No worries, we'll adjust it to fit. Please refer to our returns page for more information on custom order fit issues.
